These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and fbvip ("fbvip", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fbvip website located at https://fbvip.bet and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered through the platform.

By creating an account on fbvip, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet, you expressly accept and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the fbvip platform in any way. We strongly recommend that all new users read this document in full before registering.

These Terms should be read alongside fbvip's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, bonus terms, or game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Access to fbvip is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility conditions. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age or such higher minimum age as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, or relative of an employee of fbvip or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an fbvip account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms or any other policy.

fbvip reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time for the purpose of verifying age and identity in compliance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

fbvip supports a range of Bangladesh-specific payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform:

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. fbvip does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit detected as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the account flagged for review.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by fbvip and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal circumstances. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket accounts are typically completed within 2–6 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• fbvip does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of fbvip. You are responsible for any fees levied by your bank or mobile financial service provider.

fbvip reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, anti-money-laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse. In such cases, fbvip will notify the affected player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

All games available on fbvip use certified random number generation (RNG) software to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. fbvip does not manipulate game results. The following rules apply to all gameplay activity on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. In-progress bets may not be cancelled or amended unless a technical error is confirmed on the fbvip side. In the event of a game malfunction, bets placed during the malfunction period will be voided and stakes returned.
• The use of automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended and all funds held on account may be forfeited.
• Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change prior to the settlement of a bet. fbvip reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error has occurred, provided that reasonable notice is given to the affected player.
• Maximum win limits apply per game, per session, and per day. These limits are displayed within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. fbvip is not obligated to pay out winnings that exceed the stated maximum win limit for any given game or bet type.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fbvip. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any activity designed to disguise the origin of funds deposited on fbvip.
• Collusion with other players, including any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated betting to circumvent the fairness of any game or market.
• Using software, tools, algorithms, or strategies that exploit technical vulnerabilities, errors in pricing, or game bugs to generate artificial winnings.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts on fbvip for any purpose, including claiming bonuses more than once or circumventing a self-exclusion.
• Engaging in any abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward fbvip staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the platform.

fbvip reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, account access, withdrawals, and bonus crediting may be suspended pending the outcome. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, fbvip may pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate under applicable law.

All content available on the fbvip platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, images, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive property of fbvip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the fbvip platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the fbvip platform without the express prior written consent of fbvip. Unauthorised use of fbvip intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

fbvip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an account on fbvip, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with service providers who are contractually bound to protect it.

fbvip uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions to protect the security of your personal and financial data. fbvip will never request your account password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from fbvip that requests your password or full payment details, please report it to [email protected] immediately.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which fbvip operates. fbvip makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a player and fbvip, the player should first contact fbvip customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. fbvip will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, fbvip will advise the player of the available formal dispute resolution procedure applicable to their situation.
